Who We Are** ZHUYUN QIPAO is a handmade qipao atelier based in Hangzhou, China. Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to ZHUYUN QIPAO. "You" refers to you, the user or customer. **2. Our Products** Every ZHUYUN qipao is handmade by artisans. No two pieces are identical. - We photograph our products with care, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. - Silk luster, embroidery density, and hand-painted dye intensity will vary between pieces. - These variations are the nature of handcraft—not defects. If you require absolute uniformity, our products may not suit you. If you appreciate the character of something made by hand, you are in the right place. **3. Orders & Pricing** - All prices are in US Dollars (USD). - We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price at time of purchase is final. - We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud. If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund. - For custom orders, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements. See our measurement guide for instructions. **4. Payment** We accept payment via PayPal and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method. The total shown at checkout includes the item price, shipping, and all duties and taxes (DDP). **5. Shipping & Delivery** Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or carrier operations beyond our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for details. **6. Returns & Refunds** Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please read it before placing your order. **7. Intellectual Property** The ZHUYUN QIPAO name, logo, brand story, product photographs, website design, and all content on this Site are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without our written permission. **8. User Conduct** You agree not to: - Use this Site for any unlawful purpose - Submit false or fraudulent orders - Interfere with the Site"s operation or security - Scrape, mine, or extract data from this Site without permission We reserve the right to terminate your access for violations. **9. Limitation of Liability** To the fullest extent permitted by law: - ZHUYUN QIPAO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. - Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product. - We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms. If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hangzhou, China, under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). 3. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. Class actions and class arbitrations are waived to the extent permitted by law. **12. Governing Law** These Terms are governed by the laws of the People"s Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply. **13. Changes to These Terms** We may update these Terms from time to time.
